Boost my confidence

I was initially unsure about whether counselling would be able to help me with the anxiety and depressive thoughts that I felt going through day to day life but I cannot believe how impactful my sessions with Maneesha ma’am have been.
She made me feel comfortable instantly and we have worked through a number of things such as relaxation techniques and EFT tapping that I didn’t even think of as contributing to my anxiety.

Session changed my perception

Journey which started on 9th may 2023- Journey of exploring myself and this beautiful world.

On 8th may 2023 – I thought nobody can help me and I have to bear this pain alone. Then I saw the message of the counselling session on my phone and that was the turning point. I attended the first counselling session by Maneesha mam, and I was so I surprised by the fact that how can one human being can step into the shoes of another human being so easily without judging. My perception of looking at the world changed after these sessions. Our college has started the best thing. Maam explained me about the bonds with another human being. and helped me fight the obstacles in my path and how to move in the right direction.

It was a roller coaster journey with your therapy sessions. It was for the 1st time I started taking psychotherapy and It helped me a lot through my tough times You’ve given me solutions as well as some unaddressed problems which I really needed to acknowledge. It was 7th May 2023!
In night I thought that nobody can help me and I have to bear this pain and alone.Then I saw the message that counseling sessions have been started and I randomly booked my appointment.Next day,I went to the room No 15.I still remember that I was crying throughout the session(1 hour). My experience with Maneesha Bhatia mam was an absolute pleasure. She is a patient listener and I was very comfortable in sharing my issues with her. The exercises that she had prescribed me have made a great impact in my healing process and have surely reduced my anxiety levels. I’m NS, MBBS 2nd year student at RNT Medical College Udaipur. I’d like to share my therapy experience under Maneesha Mam. The issues I faced were quite disturbing as it caused me to fail my exams, disrupt my peace and it also distanced me from my family and close ones. Maneesha Mam helped me navigate through everything and made sharing everything easier for me. First relief that I felt with her was that she provided me a safe and judgement free environment to say everything out loud (I was very shy and hesitant to share anything with anyone as my problems included relationship stuff.) She gave me full control over my thoughts and she taught. me how to cherry pick positivity from my environment. She was never overpowering, instead she made me feel powerful that everything is under control and that I can get well again however disturbing the issue was. Over time, she taught me excercises that really helped me sleep better, she taught me breathing techniques that distracted me from raging anxiety. The most helpful thing she taught me was to realise how important it is to feel that I’M WORTHY AND THAT I’M MY OWN PERSON. Over time, roughly across a period of 2 months, she helped me to put conscious efforts towards understanding the importance of my Present tense and also to never feel guilty for having fun. I had my fourth semester exams this month and it all went great. These exams didn’t feel like they were a load to me, instead, I’m looking forward towards knowing my score very positively.
My experience with Maneesha Mam has been great and very very helpful.
